cinda-3-4-length-2-inch-copyAll too often, everywhere you look, there’s too darned much data and not enough useable information about Fibromyalgia (FMS or Fibro) or Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) that can really help you to get well and begin living your life again. That’s not the case here at the Health Matters Show.

I run and design this website the way I believe Fibro and CFS people would want it to function so that they can receive the maximum useable benefit.

There’s help here at the Health Matters Show for both the newbie and for someone who’s had the illnesses for awhile and wants only the best, most authentic information and tools for getting well. In other words, a person who wants the answers about how to heal and reclaim his/her life NOW!
I’ve blogged a bit about this subject all week. Today I simply want to encourage you to begin taking care of yourself in 3 simple steps:

  1. See my Young Living resource website and Lemon Oil for fighting springtime allergies and boosting your immune system),
  2. Be sure you’re drinking lots of fresh, pure water to flush allergens and toxins out your system and, finally,
  3. Be sure to get every vital piece of information that the Health Matters Show has to offer, such as last week’s interview with Viviane Oberhand.

Wow, if you missed it, you can’t imagine how fantastic it was. You have to listen! Plus if you hang in for the entire 2-part series, you’ll get access to some great tools that Viviane Oberhand & I are giving away FREE for helping you get well!!! Don’t miss the interview or the freebies.

Thanks so much & catch you again soon,
Cinda Crawford, host of the Health Matters Show
