When it comes to getting better or healing, many people are not feeling better because, like you, they continue to suffer with symptoms of Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Why? The answer(s) may not be readily apparent, but I encourage you not to let that stop you. Let’s continue to look at the issues anyway… until we find out what we need to know.
If you’ve had either of these illnesses for even a little while, you’re probably frustrated already. There are more questions than answers, plus the important questions don’t seem to have reasonable answers.
If you’ve been ill for an even longer period of time, you’re tired of waiting for someone or some thing to help you. What you want are valid answers to your questions -right now- because moments, days, months and years of your life are slipping away into oblivion. Your life is slipping right past you, without fanfare and, seemingly, without you being able to stop it.
So let’s determine what your questions are and get them answered. Then you can begin to do what is necessary to instigate a positive process for change in your life and health circumstances.
You’re sick and tired of feeling sick and tired!
You and I live in an age when good answers to the haunting questions are becoming more available. We probably should credit that fact to better awareness and better science. As the patient, you need not feel pressured at having to learn every single piece of new data. Rather, you only need to find the best answers and decide who to listen to about the issue of getting well. And when you think about it, that really is the only outcome that makes a difference.
So for today only, the first parts of your mission are a) figuring out what your most pertinent and toughest questions are and then b) getting the best answers to those questions.
If at all possible, I plan on helping you accomplish both of those objectives, so that eventually, you’ll be ready to tackle that final goal of getting well. So let’s continue today and come up with those questions. Here are some important ones for your consideration. Do they speak to you? Do any of them find you where you are right this moment?
*It would be fantastic if you could take time to answer the questions below by leaving a comment to this post. We “learn” together that way. Also, feel free to send in your own questions and any answers that you’ve found.
- 1) What have you tried so far to help (relieve) your symptoms of Fibromyalgia or Chronic Fatigue Syndrome?
- 2) Is anything you’re doing really working for you?
- 3) Do you feel markedly improved?
- 4) Is anything “healing” you or helping you to get well completely, maybe even more of a long term solution? (If so, what is it?)
This is an important process. Your questions are priceless and the answers are really important. Thanks for joining me in tackling this tough subject. Together we can aim toward the goal of taking the phrases, sick and tired, Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome out of your daily vocabulary!
