Immune System Illnesses: What Helps? What Hurts?

in Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Fibromyalgia, Videos, What do you do if you're really sick?

Let someone start talking about the immune system and most people get a glassy look in their eyes. It’s not easy to understand such intricate information, but you know it’s an important subject that you should learn more about.

When I began studying the immune system years ago, I was brought back to memories of my childhood when I was sick quite often. Later on in adulthood, I came down with severe cases of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia. Both as a child and as an adult, my immune system irregularities puzzled my doctors. No one had an answer about what was wrong with me or how to fix the problem.

That situation persisted until in recent years I found a way to balance my system and help other people do the same through a mechanism called Sacred Cellular Healing (SCH). (Note: I invite you to scan through the introduction and the examples of how SCH works. It makes for a fascinating read if you’re sick with an immune-type illness like Fibromyalgia or Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.) :-)

Today after healing, my body functions normally again. Finally, finally, finally… I’m enjoying an excellent level of health.

What you need to know is that having your body achieve and make use of this type of immune system knowledge is the key to longterm health. We all want to live a healthy, strong and vital life!

Also, here is a second interesting source. Watch and listen as one doctor/ researcher gives you his take on using parasites to stimulate the immune system. Plus, in the paragraphs following the video, you’ll read Dr. Joseph Mercola’s recommendation about why the Th1 immune response may be blunted in some people and be the source of many autoimmune-type problems.

Begin with questions. Acquire knowledge. Then prepare. Find the right way for you to restore and balance your health.

Thanks and here’s to your improving health,

PS- For one more resource about balancing the immune system, go to a previous post where I talked about the importance of adding beneficial bacteria to your colon. A good probiotic compound like Life-5 is an outstanding step to fortifying your body.
