Exactly what is holistic healing? There are many books on the subject of holistic healing, but today we’re looking for a short definition of the term only.

Holistic Health/ Holistic Healing: a term that describes the approach to healing that involves a whole body concept. More specifically…

People living their lives on the basis of purposeful, natural living concepts, and, if necessary, getting well using more natural and less invasive healing methods.

Now, frankly, that is a personal definition for the term holistic health/ holistic healing. Some people use the word natural meaning one doesn’t use strong prescription drugs.

Tomorrow we’ll look at this entire concept and how it applies to you, someone who suffers with Fibromyalgia (FMS) and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS). See you then!

Thanks,
