Everyone who suffers with an illness like Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome would really like to know more about how to get well and use healing energy or healing experiences to work towards the ultimate goal of getting well.

We will explore that topic with Mr. Kimball Egge, as I conclude the Health Matters Show’s week-long celebration of Fibromyalgia & Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Awareness.

Kimball is a knowledgeable and skilled gentleman in his field. We are lucky that he so gracious with his time, because not only is he doing the shorter version podcast today, but also a whole teleseminar! So let’s get started.

Based on his healing experiences, based on the healing energy that he works with everyday as a skilled massage therapist and aromatherapist, Kimball Egge is a resourceful person to talk with us today about healing and getting well. He has seasoned views about the topic that make sense. You can begin using his ideas right away.

Now, here is shorter podcast version of our interview. You won’t get to hear everything, but you’ll get started on the following topics:

MP3 File

(18 minutes 43 seconds)

  • General and specific facts about massage work from a massage therapist’s point of view. Example mechanisms: the laying on of hands, Reiki, application and use of essential oils, chanting, singing hymns, energy healing tools, massage schooling, even taking care of others and the act of healing personal relationships. This is dynamite information!
  • The synergy that runs through life and a dynamic healing situation in motion. How all things work toward our good -or- can sometimes throw us a bit off course and bring on illness.
  • A discussion of your more “subtle” body features like its oric field, the chakras, the cranio sacral system that runs through the body.
  • How emotional components affect a) your life and heal you or b) wound you to what degree, and c) whether you heal or stay sick! And… working on and understanding the emotional components to illness is often the key you need to finally heal.

Enjoy! Cinda Crawford, your host of the Health Matters Show

PS- Since the Health Matters Show is cooperating and joining forces with Lumigrate.com this year to highlight Awareness Day, I am publishing the blog at 10 am on Friday, not the usual 3 pm. That gives you more time to read and listen to not only the podcast, but also the whole interview before the end of the day. Friday’s are busy for everyone! If you like this broadcast time of day (10 AM), let me know and I will consider changing the show to that time permanently. I’m interested in doing what helps you the most. :-)

Kimball, you are such a welcomed guest on the Health Matters Show. I and my audience love to hear about the things you have learned and experienced. You share so willingly and graciously and that is our blessing.

Yes, I agree that the spiritual connection is important if a person is to heal. All too often, in fear, people turn away instead of toward the Divine for guidance, love and companionship. But even when we suffer with a horrid illness, we can move forward and grow if we consider the experience to be valid and a lesson we must learn. Life is not totally comfortable and happy, but it can be good. Thank you again, Kimball Egge, and best wishes to you in your fabulous massage career in Roanoke, Virginia.
