Case in point, I’ve put myself under the gun lately.
For those of you who know me well, you’ll say, “What the news in that, Cinda? You’re always pushing like a freight train!”
But, come one, it’s more than that, guys. I do have a lot on my plate. Granted the size of my plate is my choice and certainly the projects placed on this dinnerware are personal to me, but that doesn’t mean that what I want to do isn’t important -or- shouldn’t be done… even if it means a bit of added stress in my life. Yes, I want to reduce stress in my life. We all want to get to the point of handling life stress more effectively. But deciding which parts of your life add too much stress and how to reduce that stress is a major undertaking… and one that can often benefit from the input of other viewpoints.
So that leads me to the topic of today’s Health Matters Show and opens the discussion about managing stress. I hope you’ll listen in and decide to join what could be a very meaningful discussion. What I’m going through is not unusual in that I’m feeling the effects of stress and they are causing symptom-related problems. What you’re going through is important, too. We can all benefit from learning more about handling life stress more effectively from each other.
Listen to the audio file of today’s Health Matters Show. Then leave a comment here on the blog. Hint… hint… in my effort to reduce stress, I’m blogging about a personal topic. How much good might it do to open up a discussion about such a topic and really talk about it? Especially with family and friends?
Thanks for dropping by, Cinda Crawford
