What would it mean if someone told you that she was getting healthy with Fibromyalgia? Does it mean that she’s getting really, really well and no longer has symptoms? Or just that she’s found some ways to cut down on her symptoms and is feeling a tiny bit better?
Is this level of health even possible for someone suffering with Fibromyalgia? Surely the title phrase implies that getting healthy is an attainable goal. So I ask you, how does anyone feel good enough to say he or she has gotten over this confounded illness!??!
The reality is there are people who will tell you that they no longer have Fibromyalgia. Up until now, there weren’t that many of them or at least we didn’t hear about them. And the ones who did proclaim it usually found a level of healing through vitamins or supplements of some kind, which required a constant investment of money and time– possibly over a long period of time.
And the other people? The ones who improved, but you don’t know how they did it because they kind of faded away into the sunset… back into life and back into the workforce, never to be heard of again? How did they improve their health so much? How did they feel well enough to resume anything approaching a normal life?
Well, here are 2 answers, 4 tips, plus a video which might help:
a) Some people manage their life and symptoms well enough to survive by taking prescription drugs. Example: Lyrica, which is made by Pfizer, a major drug corporation and the source of the video below. (Take note of the 4 tips listed there.)
Note: taking a drug as a “solution” is normally longterm at best and costly at worst, because Lyrica does not cure Fibromyalgia. It simply helps to alleviate the symptoms as long as you take the drug. As far as I know, it makes no claim to “cure” Fibromyalgia.
b) The rest of the people use alternative health methods to improve, feel better and return to normal living. (I’ll be bringing you more about this soon, but for now, you’re welcomed to watch a second, short video here. It explains how I got so much better because of Sacred Cellular Healing. (Today this video resides on the right side of the page, but I can’t guarantee you how long it will sit here. I change the website all the time! So, watch it today before you leave.)
No matter how you approach your health problem, the decisions and challenges are all yours: Vitamins & supplements, prescription drugs or more natural, low cost means such as walking, warm water aerobics, stretching, yoga, meditation, essential oils, homeopathy, massage, acupuncture, chiropractic or a how-to-heal mechanism like Sacred Cellular Healing. (It’s goal is a longterm health solution that is truly designed for you. I know because I had your healing in mind when I created it!)
So, here’s hoping that today you’re making good, longterm choices that are positively impacting your health. I like to say, “Why wait? There’s no time like the present.”
