Get Physically Healthy Again: Muscle & Bone Health

What does it take to make sure that you have good muscle and bone health when you’re already sick with an illness like Fibromyalgia (Fibro) or Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS)? That’s a tough question because you’re starting off sub-par and symptomatic from two of the least-respected and toughest illnesses around anywhere. Even some doctors will equate the pain levels of living with Fibro and CFS to the horrible pain of someone dying in the last stages of cancer!

I acknowledge your hurts and your aches. Sharp pains would just as soon shoot across your back as stay still. Your legs may just as well cramp and seize with charley horses as hang below your hips in submission. You may be suffering with the deep bone ache of Fibro & CFS… almost as if you had a fullblown case of Lupus or Lyme Disesase. How horrible!

What you need are recommendations for:

  • Muscle, fascia and tendons
  • Joints and connective tissue
  • Bones and cartilage

All of this week, please think about this topic and the others to follow. Jot down some notes on a sheet of paper. And then on Friday this week, I’ll ask you to post all of your ideas about everything. There’s an important reason for this.

Plus… you can expect much more on this topic on the Friday podcast, namely specific ideas and help functions to Get Physically Healthy Again and to feel better from Fibro and CFS.

Thanks so much,
Cinda Crawford, host of the Health Matters Show
