Our guest speaker for the Friday Health Matters Show podcast (and a full length teleseminar, too!) is the famous Dr. Norm Shealy. Now he is no teenager by today’s terms, but I would love to copy his style of terminal youth, vigor, vitality and health! His health and longevity teachings are legendary.
See this cute, short video he did about how to “Bounce for Health with Dr. Norm Shealy” with his wife and granddaughter. Then make plans to join me on Friday to hear his wisdom about how to heal from Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. He offers us some really special information.
If you can and should do it… bouncing for even a few seconds at a time will put a smile on your face & will really work your muscles. If you can’t or should not do bouncing, simply walking for a few minutes several times a day will help. The point I am making is to do something. If you get completely de-conditioned because of total inactivity, it will be that much harder to get your body in shape once you’re ready to heal and re-start your life.
*I think as a kid, I did most of my bouncing by jumping rope. Now that was an aerobic exercise… you better believe it! I’m sure it’s beyond my capability now, but I am getting stronger everyday and gaining more stamina.
